Sam has been training consistently for 10 years — tempo-focused, full range of motion, no ego lifting. Sophie trained powerlifting competitively for four years, moving close to 300 pounds at 106 pounds, then rebuilt everything around glutes, Pilates and longevity when she started a corporate job.
Between the two of us we stopped spending $300 a month on takeout, figured out how to prep 10 meals in an hour on Sundays, and built training schedules that actually fit around work.
